waist size over time

Ok my question is this. I use to wear a 33 in waist at 6' 200lbs. Now as I have lifted over the years and done cycles my waist seems to be growing regardless of how lean I keep it. I pretty much go by the mirror but this season I need a to wear a 36in to be comfortable. Is this normal for a lot of guys ? Hell even loose fit jeans are snug on my quads these days.

My current cycle is 8iu GH a day
500 mg Sust a week
400mg deca week
40mg dbol a day
10 ius slin in the morning and 10 ius post workout.

I am doing cardio twice a day keep the fat away with all the food I am eating also. 1hr morning and 30 min in the evening post lifting.
 
GH gut? GH makes your organs grow which thickens your torso. Find a picture of Markus Ruhl for a very clear demonstration.
 
Well I wouldn't say it is GH gut..it just seems bigger all around. Any idea when the pro's are very lean what waist size they have ? Basically my last years bulking clothes are not really fitting me. That is why I asked.

ever see pros off season, most of them have 36+inch waists,
 
Its all body fat and water storage for me! I'm 6'3" at 240... currently in 36" waist pants. I can get in some 34" jeans. If I don't watch my diet and I take stuff that makes me hold water I am in 38" pants.
*I felt really gay just writing that.
**Everything you listed makes you hold water! That would explain the extra size. Get some Arimedex if you are really concerned about it.

Yeah I would say legs,butt and waist.
hell I cannot get my legs in some of my 34's right now. I am doing cardio twice a day so I will see where I fall at the end of the month.
 
as you increase the mucle mass all over the rest of your body, the muscle around your waist is bound to increase as well
 
I wouldnt worry too much , standard cut jeans etc are cut to roughly fit the standard male physique. I am a 32' waist at 205 lb and find it very difficult to find suitable trousers that fit around the thighs and ass.
 
don't worry too much, my wasit always drops 2-3" when i get off bulking, but my legs or ass don't so pants tight around legs and loose in waist. i guess it could be worse
 
damn bro i think it might be the GH. I've seen a lot of bbers who use GH end up with large waist that look strange because its ripped, yet sticking out like if they just ate a whole damn cow. Not saying your even near that level of gut, but you might want to skip the gh your next cycle before it starts to become a problem.

That's the so called GH Gut. It's nasty. Arnold had pretty damn big arms and chest and had a very small waist. Your problem is in your internal organs, not in your fat.

how can expanding internal organs POSSIBLY not be hazardous to your health? what organs are actually expanding? GH gut is repulsive.
 
I don't think it's the GH. The same thing happens to me. I used to have a 27in waist at 123lbs. I was about 8%bf then. Now, I've been as high as 205lbs and was only 12-13%bf, but had to wear 34 or 35 waist pants. When I'm not bulking I wear 32's, even when I'm down to 8% or so and can see all my abs I still wear 30's. And that's being leaner than I was at 123lbs. I think it's the heavy weighted situps I used to do, along with the general heavy weight training. Your core muscles will be stressed a lot by heavy deads, squats, etc... and when you stress them and then feed them, they'll grow like any other muscle. As long as my chest is still bigger than my waist it's all good though :)

Of course is repulsive and disgusting. Just look at some big duds in these days. They look like they have 10 pounds of meat behind abs. Thats why their abs look expanded and curved, not ripped and simetric as a classic six pack.
 
Not a great example, but I have heard that Ronnie has a 42 inch waist come showtime.

Why are you doing 20iu's a day. Isn't that a little excessive and costly?

Over the years your waist is going to increase as your muscles and body grows. Squats, deadlifts and other lifts that require alot of total body movement will increase the size of your waist.

dial tone has a good point. i am on cycle now and put on about 10 lbs so far. i have been doing heavy leg work and seeing a lot of growth in my leg/butt.

i have always worn size 33" waist. i recently went shopping for pants and could not comfortably fit into 33" in many pants i tried on. i bought mostly 34" and even one 35".

different pants brands/styles really vary so i could still fit into 33" for wider cut pants like cargo pants, althought they definitely fit tighter than they would have before cycling. i was thrilled about it!
 
to answer how is my cycle doing ? Well my previous cycles were the basic ones with test,dbol and deca. I have come to like either test suspension or sustanon 250 the best. With the GH I am doing 6-8 ius a day and I am doing slin 10ius morning and 10ius post workout. I am doing T3 also. My girlfriends son is diabetic so I have glucose monitors like crazy so I have it down to a science for myself. My workouts are harder..until the point I fell like I am going to vomit. Recovery is great. In the morning my stomach and abs look awesome but once the food goes in...I am pregnant looking hehe.
 
my waist has grown throughout the years and I have never taken any GH. I think that it is due to the deads and squats. Whenever I start to hit the deads really hard my pants are tight within a couple of weeks. The squats also blow out my quads and ass. This of course makes it hard to fit my legs into any pant leg.
 
I think I am around 225 right now. Have to wear a 36 because I like my pants loose. I have kicked up my cardio though and my abs are showing again woohoooo.

well,
an enlarged heart for instance would not be a good thing.
