I have eaten just about anything you can think of in the name of getting big and or cut without a second thought. However, last night I accidently bought dry curd cottage cheese instead of regular and it was the most foul tasting thing I think I have ever choked down. Unfortunately (for my taste buds at least) I noticed that the nutritional profile is much better than that of regular 1% cottage cheese, no sugar and fat free, but be warned that it is tough to stomach even with the gallon of hot sauce and salsa I used. Any suggestions on how to make this more palatable (keep in mind that the usual masking tricks (salsa, splenda, cinnamon, etc.) aren't going to work)
