By the way, my workout is rather simple. Two days a week I do chest, bi's, tri's, back, shoulder - about 90 minutes - 2 days I do legs - squats, extensions, presses, calf raises, curls. ABout 75 minutes. Anyone have any good routines for building more mass?
I usually do 3 sets of incline oly bench, 3 sets flat bench and 2 sets of cable flys for chest
SHoulders I do side raises, dumbell presses
Back I do lat pulldown, rows and pull ups
Tris I do 3 sets skull crushers, 3 sets of pulldowns
Bis I do 3 sets of barbell curls, 3 sets of dumbell curls. I also increase weight on each set for each excercise.
Would working out more do better or is this enough? I usually do upper bod on Mondays and Thursdays, lower on Tues, and Friday. I am looking to gain about another 5-8 lbs over the next month. I eat a high protien diet and three MRP's daily along with 3 regular meals.
