damn, i knew you guys were going to try to have us make a damn second battle. same shit happened at this all-black frat i was at a year ago. f#$%ers made us battle 6 times.
 
jnevin - i'll promise you in the near future i will come out with a director's cut with what i actually had in vision. getting real drunk and having a party made it more complicated but so much more a challenge.

and one more thing mitch. figure out what kind of a scale you want the judges to use in terms of rating the videos. such as A, B, C, D, or 10, 9. anything u want man. u r in charge of this.

Can they both lose? That was awful. Seven and a half minutes of my life wasted, I want them back.

I am not voting. Iggy I think if you were less wasted it could have been better. I think you started strong and then went downhill. I couldn't understand you and had to listen to it 3 times. Glad was too much geigh talk. I vote do-over.
 
Iggy, your actual rap started off strong. I prefer your "sound" over glads, but I think all in all he came away with this one. You kinda lost it in the middle. Id be interested to see a rematch when iggy is sober.
 
brilliant hedge strategy with iggy, using intoxication. if theres a rematch he knows what glad is capable of and can adjust, while glad cant really improve by much because he was already sober and putting his best foot forward.

maybe for the next match we should pick our opponents beats to rap to or have nimbus, jnevin, and killahbee pick them.

i vote for the old wu tang - phat beat (the one with mobb deep mixed in with it)
 
nail in the coffin has a really good, simple beat that puts emphasis on the lyrics


my favorite beat for a diss track is calling out names though
 
I think the next round should be a diss AUTO-TUNE STYLE!!!!

I also think the winner of the rap battles should be signed to EF Records. Perhaps a tour, relaity show and sponsorship.

Oh and could you ever hook it up with autotune? I have somewhat of a voice but if i had autotune i could make SICK beats

My company doesn't sell autotuner sofware or products, but I could get myself a kick-ass deal on one. Favors like this are only available to first parties. Sorry.

If I should choose the winner depending on the lyrics I'm not sure which I would vote for, but for the beat and the rhyming of the lyrics, I would vote for Gladiator, Iggy's beat was techno or smthin and didn't match the lyrics one bit.
 
I don't know what the lyrics were, but if I didn't write them, they wasn't shit.
 
word of advise .. make sure u hit the beat!!

dont matter how good the lyrics are, if u dont the song will suck

i had a friend who's lyics were sick but could never hit a beat for his life

dood was a beast in freestyling buy could never make a song

lol dude a song is all about the right tempo, good beat, lyrics on time, and a flow. Who cares if his line was more legit? If you could even understand them they were still off beat

it mightave took me a while to understand what he was sayin but I get what ur saying, but tell me if someone rapped on the straight outta compton beat with o.k but rhyming lyrics, would it have been as famous as it is with NWA's lyrics?
