I have two questions. my first question is; should you take antioxidant and multivitamin supplements even if you eat normal food, fruits and veggies?

What is the best supplement to increase your strength?

If you eat a normal, balanced diet then there is no need to add antioxidant or multivitamin supplements. However, if you are involved in physical activity and are unable to meet your nutritional intake requirements through normal food sources then supplements can be added.

Strength comes with the increase of muscle mass as a result of resistance training and proper nutritional intake ... namely, protein. So the best 'supplement' for strength would be protein. Use whey isolate protein, pre and post workout and at a level of one gram per pound of lean body mass.

You will most likely hear a lot of people raving about creatine... creatine does work (it is in fact one of the energy systems your body has) and will help you with your lifting (for the 8-10 seconds the creatine system is active)... however, water retention is a big issue with creatine and can lead you to believe your cutting (if you are cutting) progress stalled.

It should also be cycled, though
