Vitamins you use when you are "on"

I asked a simaler question - seems like no one wants to answer. I PM'd a few of the monsters on the site. If no good replies hit me up w/ a PM and I will show you what I got.
 
I use a good Multi-Vitamin and a detox. If you eat clean and enough food while ON like your suppose to then you get the vitamins you need.
 
I use a whole bunch. A multi, cod liver oil, fish oil/flax oil, saw palmetto, glutamine, tylers liver detox, magnesium, vitamin c, b12, alpha lipolic acid and a couple others that I cant think of right now.

Glutamine
Arginine
L-tyrosine
Taurine
flax
vitamin C
R-ala
milk thistle

Might be forgetting more..but thats the jist.

It does'nt hurt to throw in some lycopene to help with the, especially if your running Tren as it tends to be hard on the prostate. It is also an anti-carcinogen.

lycopene is in my multi =)
 
Tylers liver detox, Glucorrel-R, Sesapure, 1 multi, 1g C, vit B, B6, B complex, E, calcium, Folic Acid, Zinc, EFA's.
- i use everything all the time, Tyler's and Sesapure only when on.
 
I use animal pak, tylers,omega 3,b12 gotta love the pak though
