I have trained in Martial Arts for many years and I bicycle 50 to 60 miles a couple times a week in good weather and I have found that the best things you can do for your health are to eat a balanced diet, take a good quality Vitamin Supplement, take fish oil, take L-Glutamine and get plenty of both anerobic and aerobic exercise.
