Vitamin in the blender??

This really doesn't have to do with A.S but i have always thrown my vitamin's in the blender when making my shakes, someone recently told me that there not doing you any good unless you swallow them hole? IS this true?? Are they not as Potient?? thx

karde might be right about the time release vitamins also take your zinc seperately minerals interfere with each others absorbtion ? especially calcium and zinc ps make sure your shake has fat vitamin a ,d, e ,k arefat soluable they need far to absorb correctly:)
 
Is there any difference in performance/recovery time when you take a time-released versus regular ?
 
I actually think there is, I started using Vitamin worlds time released multi and I think it actually helped some and there pretty cheap.
 
thx bro's Iv been also taking L-lysine threwout my cycle and i swear it has put more hair on my head.. any others tried this??
 
I like time release, I think it helps your body absorb more. Since it isn't flooded with a ton at once.
 
IVE READ THAT MOST ARE COMPRESSED SO HARD YOU LOSE A GREAT DEAL BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT. SEEMS IF YOU CAN HANDLE THE TASTE IT SHOULD NOT HURT.
JUST MY OPINION.
 
L-lysine, is known throughout tha worlddddddddddddd for growing hair. Although for some reason tha bodybuilding community hasn't realized it yet.

500mgs 3 x a day.
