I've always been a big believer in relatively high doses of Vitamin C... in the neighborhood of 4-6 grams/day.
Some anonymous yahoo over at t-mag who summarizes the month's muscle mags mentioned in his article that at higher dosages (which he labels 500-3000mg) actually turns vitamin-c into a pro-oxidant!
This pisses me off. Any thoughts?
