Only taken sublingual b-12 2..2500mg in morning and another 2, 2500 mgs at night...noticed nothing..if shots are better please let me know. Cause I hear good things about b-12 but never felt anythingany pointers would be great

B12 is absorbed perfectly well orally and a multi like DX7 has hundreds of times more than you can possibly use. It's also water soluble so it's absorbed quickly and lasts only about 48 hours.
So an injectable version offers zero benefits beyond taking it orally.
