This may sound like a dorky answer but back in my younger years- Ha Ha Ha!!

I remember thinking I was loosing my virginity if I did something that could result in getting pregnant. I guess times have changed.

Well... I think when we started giving kids condoms... and letting them watch sitcoms promoting sex... that is when it all changed.

It makes me sick.

why is giving kids shown to be in the age group where consensual sex is prevalant condoms a bad thing? shit we should be dropping them from planes!

how do we drop the rates of teenage pregnancy (high in both our countries)

sitcoms aren't a great example of modern life....the ones over here have all kinds of evil shit in termsof showing consequences of actions (HIV, teenage pregnancy etc)

I understand about the whole condom thing- but it's because you were doing something that could make you pregnant- right..

All that other stuff was "making out" or something.. You can't get pregnant from oral sex.

condoms can help in all cases. i would hate to think if someone couldnt get a condom and had sex anyway that something ad happens.....because this happens a lot

why be afraid of sex? perfectly natural.....educating about it means less people get harmed or exploited.

I do not agree. Kids need to keep their peckers in their pants till they are about 16. I am not sure about over there... but we are giving 12 year olds condoms. I am all with giving teenagers in their later teens a condom.. but not a 12 or 13 year old. You gotta draw the line.

i still think they should have some sort of access (i.e. machines in toilets) but no promotion of sex in the sense (hey kiddies, Mr.X of durex brought some samples today)

and sex education is good....i think thats a good age for it, just not to be smothered with condoms

I look at it as sex is sex. Whether it's anal, oral or vaginal. It involves one person giving another an orgasm. People can find all the little key words or phrases to suit their needs, but the end result is the same.

On a side note, I know a couple where he travels during the week and they only see one another on the weekends. He will tell you that he doesn't cheat on her because he doesn't have vaginal sex with other women. He has every other type, but because he doesn't have that type, he's not cheating. I wonder what he would think if he knew his wife had the same opinion about her activities?

Nobody says anything to them, because we figure they deserve one another.
