Was the possession of incriminating knowledge of Government action by Branch Davidian members the primary justification for the possible unlawfull armed Government assault of the Davidian compound? ( i say possible, because i havent gone through all the relevant info and cant say categorically, from my perspective, Government action was unlawfull)

If yes, what was the alledged 'truth' Davidian members had knowledge of, which served as the primary Government motivation to destroy the Branch Davidian compound and the majority of Davidian members contained therein?

Yes and No! No The events to which we no as of Waco was not the result of a cover up to squash any “Truths” that the Davidians had knowledge of! Yes they were unlucky enough to fall under the domestic enemy known as Militia! Making matters worse for them they were seen as religious zealots, which of course were public enemy number one for the government at that period of time! (There were no foreign enemies per say to use “Propaganda” to control the Sheeple!) The icing on the Cake was Bill Clinton’s interpretation of the incident! However the events during the Waco incident were pushed and formed on the fly until, Bill fearing a political backlash, loss of power gave the orders to end the siege! Keeps in mind witnesses do not talk to counter the decision if it ends badly! The less that talk the better!

For those of you to young to have lived through that period of time post Gulf War, there was starting to be huge surge of activity against the Federal Government! It went so far to infiltrate the general public and even the "Sheeple!" This scared the fuck out of the Republicans and Democrats! The worst thing that could happen for the movement was to have Ross Pero seen as its leader! (It was a right time for a new leader of the “Movement” but he was the wrong person to lead!)

It caused a backlash that motivated the Democrat and Republican power base to crush the "Resistance" of their new power! Personal rights and states rights suffered gravely while the Federal Government and the “Powers“ behind it ganged more power! The result in fact gave more freedom to lawbreakers and non-citizens they it did for citizens in a comparative scale!

Really to look back at the time through information, facts and Intel does not give that period of time justice! No Public School history book tells the “Truth” or grasps the mood of the time! Among other truths it has been rewritten for the Sheeple! When the People pass on, the “Truth” may die with them! You had to have lived through it as an adult to grasp what happened and how it was succeeding! But the "Powers" to be used "Scare Tactics” for Gov employees and Agents to do their dirty work for them!

It still kills me to this day for "Those" that did not stand up against the "Covert" actions against the American Public! So much went down behind the “Power Curtain” that is still not known to the “Masses!“ I'm afraid the ideals of Freedom and Liberty have been replaced with "Feelings" "Fear" and "Self Worth!" Which of course only leads to more "Herding" of the Sheeple! And those that don't follow are discredited in various "Ways!" Some being more “Horrific” than others! You can either stand up now or let your offspring suffer for you!

As far as me they can take my soul, but to the bitter end I will fight for freedom! Honestly I could say with every bone in my body if I could ever become President ahead of the "Power Base!" I would give my "Blood" to free the "Sheeple" from the hell that awaits them! This is bigger than Dcup, Sheeple or people! It's what has to and must be done for mankind or life will have no meaning for human beings in the future!

That is kind of a strange comment to make considering your information has primarily only come from one side... my assertions are primarily based upon the videographic evidence I've seen in the documentary...that is the clearest and most irrefutable...it clearly shows all of the things I have stated.

The main difference between you and I are, you've only read the official version, while I've looked at both sides of the issue.

Remember the official version is simply what the FBI says...they've already been caught lying about pyrotechnic devices...they said they didn't fire any.....recently in 1999 they admitted they HAD fired a number of them... there are other lies by them as well...such as them claiming they never fired a single shot during the standoff while aerial footage clearly shows multiple incidences of FBI firing automatic weapons...there is plenty more, none of which you appear to be aware of.

this cult was filled with crazy people who were supposedly molesting children. they had 51 days to surrender, and plenty of warning to do so.

they brought being bbq'ed alive on themselves, when they shot an ATF agent to death. when you shoot and kill law enforcement officials, chances are you will not becoming out alive.

these people made it harder for law abiding citizens to own firearms, because their stockpiles of weapons were used as 'ammo' (no pun intended) by the left to push more anti-gun legislation.

if you are going to take up a cause, i dont see why you want to pick this wacked out cult. atleast the people from ruby ridge werent child molesting, cop killing, cult members.

The branch loonies were also tipped off to the fact that the FEDS were coming to get them.

If I recall, there was a postal worker who was sympathetic to the davidians who got wind of the raid and tipped them off.

This actually strengthens the assertion that the branch davidians did NOT fire first.

You see, the BATF rolled up in trucks covered with nothing but tarp, I think in the video it was an ex-FBI agent who pointed out that if the Branch Davidians wanted to kill/fight off the BATF, they would have started shooting then, because the BATF was very vulnerable at that point in time... yet they did not...they also called 9/11 and begged for a ceasefire and claimed the BATF started shooting first...(an assertion they do not really deny btw)...The Davidians were actually winning the gun battle, which ended when the BATF retreated with their hands up...if the Davidians had really intended for a standoff they would have started shooting earlier, and would not have immediately called 911 trying to get the operator to get through to the BATF troops.


BTW, after Mount Carmel burned to the ground and was quickly razed destroying all evidence (harsh critisism for this, you may remember), the BATF actually hoisted THEIR BATF Flag on top of the Branch Davidian's flagpole to signify conquest victory...

That was the attituded they had...that is not the attitude of a law enforcement agency...can you picture the NYPD pulling something like that? No way.


BTW, Dcup is right, but I do believe that the fact that the Davidians could help prove the BATF fired first was a factor in the decision to incinerate the place.
