Manny, in short:
- The apparent warrantless (ATF to my knowledge has never produced the warrant) raid was related to gun violations...but how can we know since there was no warrant...
- Hard to say...2 investigations deemed him innocent...the child abuse charges were made by a disgrunteled ex-member who wanted to be the leader of the compound
- Documentary evidence shows that the FBI basically saturated the house with flammable materials, gasoline from breaking the davidian's storage tanks, and CS gas, then simultaneous fires were ignited in a 3 minute period, the two tanks were at the 2 sections of the house where the fires were started ... the tanks had poked holes in the house creating a draft which basically fed the fire and the entire place was incinerated...Fire trucks were called but turned back ... also there is video proof that FBI agents were firing on the only exit left to the davidians while backing away.

Your judgement is rather harsh considering your endorsement of alternative lifestyles is it not? After all, you are calling for the murder of his followers.
That claim was not only made by former member's but also by the child-wife's own parents. One set of parents who were members, one set of parents who were not members.
Alternative lifestyles is not something you twist to make people follow you. How many drag queens run around saying they are the Second Christ? Actually how many alternative lifestyle groups to you see isolating themselves from the rest of the world. We tried that. But unfortunately Manhattan and Key West became hot tourist spots because of us. My endorsement of the alternative lifestyle is based on personal choice and decisions. Those Waco-ians had no choice or decisions except his.
Alternative lifestyles is just that...a lifestyle. What those people had there was not a lifestyle. Not a normal one anyway. They signed away most of their property and assets to this man. They live a dictatorship under his rule. They were brainwashed and fed the notion that the rest of us were the abnormal ones and sinners. the ones who got smart, got out. The others simply defended this man and supported him blindly, based on this man's word. Not theirs. Not the Bible's.
Hell, they were not even original. Jim Jones did this on a much grander scale.
And yes, anyone that will stand by and allow children to become wives and sex objects, then YES - they deserve to be slaughtered along with the man who did this.
