Vascularity!

Here's a pic I took today (mild pump post-gym)... I'm not sure if I'm happy with the veins, or if this is too much. I'm not huge, (6' @ 185), so I guess it's age (43) that makes the veins look like this. I've had a few people ask if I use IV drugs . NO, and never did...

Vascularity rules. It shows how lean you are. My arms are like roadmaps all the time. Age does have a factor in vascularity.

so does high blood pressure..

but low sodium will help alot too..
