Is Valium detrimental to gains in muscle...ie, catabolic?

I personally feel they are weak and effects get pretty shitty quickly as tolerance for them builds! they are good for a few days then after that it is just downhill!

Benzos are a great GH releaser also- however johnboy is correct in his article- valium should be kept at doses 3x a week to avoid addiction
