V12 fuckin works!!!!!

For everyone that is undecided about trying V12, buy it. It works.

It started to kick in like the first week. Im on like day 14. First thing i noticed was an increase in vascularity and pumps. My muscles are definatly fuller. Weight gain an strength gain are slow but quicker then natural ones. I really like this shit. i will definatly be using it down the line along with post cycle therepy.

One thing i do is i add 2 grams of powder to the V12 cause it contains 3 grams per. I like to get at least 5g in each serving, 10g per day. One when i wake and one post workout. Also it doesnt suggest to load but i did anyway, All the extra creatine in the loading process came from the powder.

not saying you have to do it my way but hey just some food for thought

A little note on V-12 from a V-12 User. At one time the V-12 and the Syntrax Swole were about the same. Both gave incredible pumps. Once The makers of V-12 added Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate 1.0 g that is the same ingredient in the NOx2 Which is great for the pumps..Swole will soon follow suit.

It says on the container use once/day on your non-training days. Are you guys only using one serving on these days, or are you still taking two servings? One morning one night?

Also, do you like the to drink it 30 minutes prior to your workout, or right after your workout?

v012 has worked for everyone except me hehe...but swole works ridculously well on me....waiting to try the version 2 of it......but Plasma Expandor if found cheap enough is really good stuff.....for anyone who hasnt had good success with v-12....to each his own hehe.....glad to hear its workin for everyone else i find i suggest v-12 more so then swole cause it works for the majority.

i take it in the mornig and at night everday even on days off to keep the same concentration in my body. 2 servingsED

I like V12, but as I have mentioned before Nutrabolics' Noz seems to work a lot better. The R-ALA instead of taurine makes a huge difference. The Noz also has twice as much product per bottle. Worth a try..I was buying NoZ here locally, but the gym I workout at keeps selling out. I found a good price on www.dpsnutrition.com . www.nutrabolics.com has specials somtimes too. My next stack will be the InsuLean and the Noz. Can't wait!

Hopefully I'll be able to answer that question in a couple of weeks. These products contain Tricreatine Malate, which I suppose has a different effect then your standard creatine monohydrate.

Like I said I'm just going to give it a run and find out. I have no clue if it is any better, but I have heard lots of great things about it and I have spent $30 in much worse ways before.

Ive tried SWOLE and V12 and even TRAC by MHP and this one was much much better. The owner of Nutrabolics, Rodney, is a frequent messenger on the bb.com forum and is quite cocky, especially about his NOZ product, but he has every right. This product is amazing. I gained 12 lbs in 6 weeks, off 1 1/2 bottles, and i still have to get my BF tested but I can tell it went down because my abs are still coming in...That 12 lbs is really remarkable because im on a keto diet and have never gained that much from a supplement before. Other than NOZ im also taking their IsoBolic protein, and GTek by Thermolife. I buy all my supps from DPS including NOZ but I called 1fast400 because they were listed on the NOZ ad in musclemag and the guy there said NOZ will be available this week and be $42 which is cheaper than DPS so that's where ill be getting it from now on. No joke guys, but try this product.....You wont be disappointed. I still have to compare it to Swole V2 but i havent heard great reviews on that one...i think NOZ is the best on the market right now.
