I think it would be more appropriately named "PUCE JUICE" for its color, taste, and results. For the hell of it I contacted the company and said I was not happy with the product and asked how to go about getting a refund. I got the normal run around that all companies give you " How long ago did you order?, how much of the product did you use? and all kinds of crap" Basically it was a big run around only to find out I was not getting a refund no matter what anyway.
I would love to call the company right now and give them a peace of my mind over the phone but its Saturday and as we all know no company out there answers the phone on Saturdays. In fact if I want to get anyone on the phone at all, I have to take my personal time on a lunch break to call them because they are only open and taking calls from 9am to 5pm. What if I work 9 am to 5pm and I want to call customer service after I get home and take a shower. What if I don't want to waste my perfectly good lunch break on the phone with a Automated machine screaming for 20-30 mins till I finely get a real person on the phone?
Hey bro sorry to hear that man. I can understand your frustration with Automated phone systems and 9-5 customer service lines lol.. And even all of them not being open to help you on the week ends ether.
I think anyone in the service industry be is supplements or something else should realize people need/want to be able to contact you on off hours. Most of the banks in America have come to understand this now and are now open later during the week, and open on both Saterday and Sunday.
The problem begins when companies think you and your money is there to make them rich. Most places today have lost the values of old. My grandfather just passed so I was cooking for the get together we had at my parents house for him this Saterday..
It was my grandfathers Funeral and I was working my butt off cooking for over 50 people. During this time I had my Father take over cooking for me 6 times so that I could take Customer phone calls. Later one sitting with my father we spoke about how things used to be. How when he was growing up every business had a saying " The customer is always right" and every business you walked into greeted you with a smile and a "how can I help you" . If you had a problem they fixed it and they were happy to do so.
My old man saw me taking the calls, and heard me talking with my customers. His way of saying "your doing a good thing" was to tell me how things used to be and how they should be. He rambled on and on about the attitudes he gets from kids working the counter at home depo. Or how he walked into a store the other day and the girl working the counter didn't even look up from her magazine and acknowledge the fact that he was there.
He went on to talk about the dreadful Automated phone systems that nearly every company has now. How he called one place the other day and the kid on the phone couldn't answer his questions and when he asked for the manager the kid said " I am the manager" lolol...
I knew he was just complaining like old men do, and at the same time giving me a pat on the back. But the sad fact is he is soooo right. People have lost site of what being in a service industry is all about. Or maybe the companies in the supplement industry think they are above it, or who the fuck knows but they overlook this so much..
I own a company that sells supplements. OK big deal!!! What really matters down to the heart of it is am in the service business. My job is to serve my friends,family, and my customers. I should be thankful and appreciative that you choice to do business with me and not some one else. You pay me and you pay my bills not the other way around.
These days it seems companies only care about the product and selling that product. They care about getting you to put money into there hand for what ever product it is they sell. They think that after that there job is done!!!!!!!!!!! You gave them money because you bought into there product and after the sale is made, money and product is exchanged the job is done!
I don't know when or why things changed. But IMO that is not how it should be. IMO I sell a lot more then just a product. I sell my service with that product. Even if I am not making a sale I should treat you good anyway. I should help any and all people sale or no sale because that is just the way you do things.
I should be there for past,present, and future customers and I should be there for them on there time. I guess because so many are so wrapped up in just getting products to fly off the shelf they forget whats really important. That being the people who are on the receiving end of all that I do.
Some times I wish I never even started selling products. Not because I don't like doing it, or I feel like I am doing something wrong. Not because I don't have great products, or because I think selling my products hurts others in anyway. No some times I just think to my self all I really want is to make sure people are getting what they want,need, and reaching there goals. The parts of my job and my business that I love has nothing to do with the exchange of money for product. That is the part that gives me the time and ability to do more of what I do love though..
Knowing I helped some one else in some kind of a way. Knowing I made a difference on this forum, on other forums, and in some ones life for the better. I like the 2 hour phone conversations I get to have with a random person I have never met. Talking to them and helping them learn and understand. I get a good feeling when I spend a hour or two on the phone with Jake ( with formastane). A customer who called me 6 months ago with a problem. I spoke to him the night he called and have spoken with every at least twice a month ever since then. Helping him with a problem and working him through it step by step.
His problem has been fixed. When he called me he truly thought there was no hope for his gyno ( that he had since he was a teen age kid). He even had a appointment set for surgery the month he had called me too. Because he had tried everything out there that everyone else was telling him to use. Even some Ideas he came up with on his own..
6 months later jake is now completely gyno free, 20-20lb of muscle heaver and feels better then ever. He called me the other day to tell me how he was all over the place this summer with his shirt off. Something he hadn't done in years!!
Jake thinks he got the better half the the deal but truthfully he has no Idea how much I got out of this. I am the one who is lucky because I got to be a part of something that this man will never forget. He no longer has a problem and I bet that is an amazing feeling for him after all these years. I get to be a part of things like this ALL THE TIME!! because of what I do.
During the 6 months I spoke with Jake He bought many things I told him he needed to get. Non of them were products I sold and only one thing was a product that orbitnutriton.com sold which was a bottle of formastane I said he should get well he waited for some of the other products he needed to get from other companies he was working with.. Jake offered many times to pay me money for my advice and I turned him down.
Look at the guy in my sig!! had a stomach problem and could not gain weight. Now because of something i did he is almost 50lb bigger. I get emails all the time with before and afters from people who have changed there lives. People make threads to me all over the net thanking me for things I helped them with.
That is why I do what I do. That is why I make the products I make and sell the products I sell. But its also why when you pm me I will talk with you for days about what ever you need help with. Its why my customer service is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. But my number is open for anyone to call and ask for help even if you are not calling about anything I sell. Because I dont care if you call me for help and do not buy something I just dont care and anyone who has called me and spoke to me for a hour or two knows this.
More then a few times I have spoken to some one for a hour or two and they ask question after question. Then they start feeling guilty lol.. They say things like man I am really sorry for taking up so much of your time but I just have so many questions to ask you... I always reply " go ahead ask away, time is all I have friend" . Some times I do wish I did not sell sups because I don't ever want anyone to think that is why I do all that I do. But its because I do that I am able to say "ask away my friend I have plenty of time for you" . Its this that I hope people see and not the other way around.
HAHHAHAAAA as you can see guys I have a passion for what I do. I get talking about it and I cant stop. I couldn't be more happy knowing that i have finely found my true passion in life and I am a very blessed man that I get to be doing what I love for a living. Before doing this I was in the Army as a chef, and before that i was a chef as a civilian. I have always always enjoyed serving others and its what I have always done. I find putting a smile on another persons face, bringing joy to another person rewording for me. Anyway I think I need to stop rambling and get back to doing what I love
To end this though I will say I have not used pink magic but on paper it does not look all that great. This is going off of things I have seen,read, and from speaking with other leaders in the industry.. USP labs is not that bad of a company though. I mean there jack3d (original formula not one that is sold now) was pretty bomb for a lot of people. But This product looks to me like its not going to do all that its claimed to do..
They even threw in the clam that it boost other N.O and pre work out sups. Come on guys think real damn hard and tell me why you think they through that clam in there???? You know why they did that, you know you do!!!! Piggy back sales man... Because they do have a popular product in jack3d ( I liked the older version) and they want to cash in on piggy back sales. I dont blame them for that but lets be honest.
