looking to get the most out of mots-c. What is the best dosage you recommend for me? I would like to try it. Should I start at 1 mg and see how I do, then maybe bump it up to 2 mg after a couple of weeks, or should I try something else?
Mots-c seems like a good peptide for mental clarity and help with other things. I would like to kind of test it out. Do you think 500 mcg a day would be a good dosage or is that too high for a first-time user? I'm 28 years old and I have trouble with focus.

I just started a peptide mots-c and it's keeping me awake. I'm taking 2 mg around 5:00 or 6:00 in the evening. Am I doing something wrong here? Is there a specific time that you should be taking it? I'm looking to get the benefits from it. I've got brain fog, and energy issues.
So I tend to have energy issues in the mid to late mornings. I get up usually at 4:00 or 5:00 AM. I do a little bit of cardio then I go to work and then I like to do my weight training after work around 4:30. The problem is my energy starts dipping toward the middle of the day.
