Thanks ranger, let me know if you find the link to those studies. I was wondering how much can it reduce it? mines a pretty good size but its from puberty not AS use, so from i read it can still go away on its own, thats why i'm asking about helping it out a bit.

Actually Adolescent Gynecomastia, which it appears is being described here, is NOT permanent and will go away on its own. It is a common occurance among adolescent males and is self-limiting---usually only lasting a period of months. Personally, I'm not so sure using an aromatase inhibitor to speed up the process is the best course of action---there may be something to letting your body's endocrine system overcome this temporary condition. The typical course of action from a medical standpoint is generally to do nothing (other that maybe suggest cold compresses and analgesics for nipple pain) unless growth is abnormal. You certainly should not be considering AS at this time and smoking pot should not be among your recreational activities.

If your gynecomastia is the result of something other than puberty (eg marijuana usage, prohormones/AS, estrogen, genetic disorder, chronic liver disease, ect) it very well may be a permanent condition requiring surgery to remove.

Not many doc's will take the gland out. I have had my done twice. The reason they dont want to take it out is because they are concerned that the removal of the gland will leave an indenture or dent in your chest.
Correct, you probably would never have gyno again, but most likley would have sunken nipples.
Most docs dont want to take the chance and have an unhappy patient wanting to sue them for hacking them up.
Just my two cents, but I was told this buy 3 different plastic surgeons. Good Luck, and quit touching your nips every 2 minutes!!!!!!! (been there!!!!)

I had gyno (hard sensitive lumps under my nipples) 3 differant times at pueberty. It lasted for about a month (each time) and then totally went away.

I didn't know what gyno was until after i got it again at age 20 after taking prohormones. This time it didn't go way, and i had a surgeon remove it.

I was told the same thing, an entire gland removal would cause an indentation, while only cutting out the hard tissue would not, but at the same time this procedure would remove enought of the gland that gyno returning would most likely not occur.

As far as my results now, well i had the surgey almost 6 weeks ago, and both nipples are still puffy. Im told this is still swelling, and that in some cases it can take up to a year before seeing the final results. Im not happy, but at least my nipples aren't sensative anymore.

All future cycles, no matter how light, will contain armidex/liquidex, including my current EQ cycle.

Good practice, also, it is not a bad idea to have some Nolvadex available every cycle.
