usin a pin more than once to draw??

i have 5 18g pins to draw with but am on for 10 weeks with 2 shots per week... can i reuse the same pin a few times and soak it in alcohol or would this be bad????

why would you want to? c'mon bro, you can get 50 needles from getpinz for 6 bucks....isn't that worth not having to worry about it??
I draw with one needle, and use another to inject....play it safe.

i reuse my 18 guage pins, i just make sure i don't touch it, and replace the cap and put it back in the plastic, i use each at least three times and i've never had a problem, just me though

You can prbably get away with it without any trouble, but I agree with soflaguy...why would you? Pins are cheap as hell!

I draw with an 18ga or 20 ga and I inject with a 22ga. You've hear of the stories online of infections,I would'nt . Why be a statistic when you can read about them instead.

I don't recommend it, but I re-use the same drawing pin many times. I've never had an infection, thank God, but you never know. You should do everything in the most sterile way that you can just to be sure. But all in all, I wouldn't be so worried if you have to use the same one a few times, just cap it right away and don't let it touch anything.
