Use of GHB in fitness?

Hello, I'm new to the world of fitness/body building/weight training or however you would like to call it. I'm familiar with GHB (Gammahydroxybutrate), and I've been reading about it on these boards... I'd like to know what applications GHB has in fitness... because it seems like a recreational drug to me, or is this a different "GHB"?

it is supposed to help in the release of GH and provide un-surpassed sleep....depending on dosage sleep patterns usually lasted about four to five hours...very deep and lucid in dreaming if you were inclined....extremely adictive and very dangerous for alot of people...have to admit tho- very pleasurable to use and incredible for sex....nothing else like it, IMO....my advice- dont even start....

If you are really interested in GHB, I would stick to the analogs. They are safer to use and easier to dose. It does help you sleep like a baby, and I too have heard that it increases the release of GH. They used to sell it in supplements until the FDA banned it. And it does make you an animal in the sack. Just don't use it too often and make sure you know your dose. Don't get too cocky and take more than you need or you will be in trouble.

This subject shouldnt even be here. 1 ounce of G will get you around a 10 year prison term. It was GREAT when it was legal and made with the proper ingriedients. Draino should be used to unclog sinks not clog your brain.

very well put... it use to be great for sleeping aid to release the GH, but now most use it for recreational <sp> use

IMO it's just not worth the risk. Imagine getting caught with that stuff in the mail? I'm in Canada and it's bad enough, but the guys in the US. youch...

alot pro athletes use it too help sleep better in odd ass hotels and always on the road
