Urgent!!! Bad injection or infection/abscess?!

So i injected 250mg test E & 200mg of tren E, mixed it in the same syringe, aspirated, showered before injection, etc etc on sunday, the day went as normal, got sore later in the day, the next day after working for half the day (all on my feet) i noticed a protruding HARD AS HELL lump on my glute, so ive been on ibproufen, heating pad, icing on and off, still no improvement, it's faintly pink aswell, and a tiny bit warm, i wouldnt say hot atall or red atall, but could it be from injecting too much on that same glute? I try to rotate to my left after every 2 on my right, since my left ALWAYS gets bad

Use a sharpie and draw a circle around the border of where the redness/pink skin meets your natural flesh tone and keep an eye out to see if the redness spreads beyond the line you draw. Make sure to date and time the original line and any further lines you might draw before you go see a dr. My bet is you have a developing infection. DON'T FUCK WITH SKIN INFECTIONS!!! If you ever want to see the worse possible outcome just google necrotising fasciitis and septic shock.

Could have missed, your body doesn't like oil.hanging out not in a muscle. If its infected, you'll know, it'll steady get worse whereas pip or a miss will get better, infections will make you feel like shit, run-down, fever, body aches, and it'll start looking like a bigass pimple if its shallow enough. Worst comes to worst, head to the doc, tell em you sat on a bug and it bit you in the ass, bugs carry all kinds of nasty shit, they'll give you anti-bs and maybe a cream, 2,3 days, you'll be aight. Don't let it go past like a week give or take, the outcome will only get worse and worse.

Well currently i have no primary doctor due to my insurance being retarded, if i head to the hospital would everything be "low-key"? I mean i'm pretty sure walking/being on my feet 8-9 hours a day doesn't help aswell, could that be a factor in it all too?

I had two abscesses before, the infection and hot swelling feeling always hit exactly 10 days after the injection, and I had to get them cut open. In your case it may not be an abscess. Quite frequently I get swelling the day after due to it being something your body is not familiar with. I took 800 mg ibuprofen and iced it. A standard ice pack is warm after 20 min, so i made a homemade one by putting a wet washcloth in a ziplock bag and then freeze. this will stay ice cold for hours, however ill ice it for 40 min or so, and the swelling goes down after a few days, Hope this helps.

this is not an abscess. this sounds like tissue irritation, which will go away on its own after 10 days or so. if it is an infection (highly unlikely) then you will need to take some anti-biotics, but I do not think its that.

You were right, as an update, it's been about 5 days since that injection, it was just very very bad PIP for me
