Uneven strength, left/right

Hey bros (and sis ;) )...

Ok , I have this problem. Im noticeably stronger in my right side than my left.

Whatever im training I tend to slack with my left part of the body. I dont do as heavy biceps curls, i cant get up the last rep in the bench, etc...

The only part where Im close to even is with my legs (and abs ofcourse).

This is like really annyoing and one could think this has to do with abscence of girlfriends, and it prolly' does :D :D , but a couple of years ago i had an injury in my left elbow and from there I believe I lost most strenght.

Does anyone got any advice on this subject, how I could even out the diffrance between left and right???

The diffrance is about generally 2-6 reps in every workout I do so its kinda' frustrating...

peace

Injuries can and will do that to someone. Did you ever get any therapy for it? If not that could make things more challenging for you. For now stick to more unilateral (one arm) movements. so that means plenty of dumbell work. Always begin each set with your weaker arm, this will prevent you from doing more reps with your stronger arm. (never do more with your stronger arm) You may want to try doing a couple extra reps with the weak arm after your last set is done. good luck
