Approved Log Umbrella SARMS Stenabolic SR9011 and Cardarine GW-501516 Stack log

Screenshots of the diet attached.

Hey folks,
Yesterday 12/4/23 was a rest day hit 9k steps and did an hour of stretching.

I started the day doing IF and didn't eat till 11. Everything was going smoothly until I got stuck in a meeting and missed a meal. I ended up having to eat meal 3-4 within an hour or so and had to make due with what was available.

The stack was dosed the same as yesterday no noticeable effects. That feeling that I was getting the first few days was less.

My sleep was so so but had enough energy to keep it moving all day.

I'm back at it this morning and getting ready for the gym.

Going to start (12/3/23) a BF reduction cycle using Umbrella SR9011 (8 Weeks) & GW-501516 (12 weeks)

45yr old Male (TRT and blasts since 2001)
205 lbs down from 215 (60 days ago)
20% BF down from 26% (60 days ago)
Best body comp 200 lbs & 9% BF

Ideal goal for this cycle ~15% BF
I'm not very concerned about the total weight

Training for 20+ years
5 days a week (RP Hypertrophy App)
10-12k steps a day via cardio and walking

These macros work for me but will adjust so I'm not loosing more than ~1lb per week unless it turns out to be mostly fat loss.

Starting macros on training days
170 grams Protien
75 grams of Fat
320 grams of Carbs

Starting macros on non training days
170 grams of Protein
65 grams of Fat
270 grams of Carbs

Normally on a TRT dose of 225
I have baseline blood work from earlier this year and will do a comparison at 8 weeks
I've run GW-501516 before but not SR9011

Cycle
300mg Cyp
GW-501516 15 mg once a day for 12 weeks
SR9011 15 mg split in two doses (I have sleep issues so no third dose in the evening)

Let me know if I'm missing anything it's been a while since I logged. This is non sponsored.

Semper Fi
great work

Workout data and routine are attached.

Didn't sleep all that well but I got some rest.

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 10 X 2.
The feeling I was talking about has pretty much went away.

Today was an amazing workout. Pumps were fuller and lasted much longer than usual. I definitely felt like I was ripping through every set and the original suggested increases weren't enough.

Did about 20 minutes of cardio incline on 6 @ 3.6 mph.I had to kick myself not wanting to fatigue my legs. Tomorrow is another rest day so I can hit legs hard on Thursday.

Focus was definitely on point. Haven't felt that focused and had the ability to move through a workout in a long while.

On a new effect today. Not sure how many vets are on here but I wasn't scanning the room every time I walked into a crowded room. It felt like my anxiety was turned down. I don't remember having that feeling on my last go around with GW, is SR9011 at work?

All for the day

Forgot to mention I'm vegan for about 6 years.
I hope you have a really good vegetable protein isolate, and some really good supplements for micronutrients. I was vegan for a little while for the duration of a therapy (Gurson therapy), and was vegetarian for about 16 years. I can’t really do that anymore though due to medical issues.

Hey Ori, I posted a pic of the OTC supplements I take but know exactly what you mean. For the protien I use Vivo life perform or Vega sport. Vivo is better in my opinion.

I'm honestly not a huge fan of IF I prefer PF, but haven't found PF to be the best for lifters. The IF on rest days are more out of convenience and to help feel less hungry when I go to bed. I do feel lighter on those days. So one way or the other you are correct.

I'm really on a mission to try and get as close to my best as possible. I love a good challenge. Thanks for the encouragement and push.

Awesome that looks a lot better than the Sun Warrior plant protein powder I used to use about ten years ago. I don’t normally admit this, but to this day the best pre workout meal I’ve ever had is a vegan protein smoothie. A couple months ago I bought a bag of plant protein isolate and was making them again, they will likely reappear in my log in the coming months when I can afford to buy a bunch more protein supplements.

I have a bunch of variations but they are generally coconut water, plant protein isolate, honey, banana and mixed berries. I’ve always felt really good training on those, not just endurance etc but a really good mood as well.

if you follow any diet its best to stick to natural whole foods

vegan or veggie diets can be perfectly healthy IF you are eating fresh fruits and veggies organic. they can be NOT healthy if you are consuming things out of cans and processed junk.

that's an area where you can definitely improve on this

Steve respectfully in general I would agree with you but in my specific case I would disagree. I'm very careful with what I choose to eat. Is my diet perfect, no.Calling it unhealthy is over the top. Let me know if you want to see any specific labels to help clarify.

Pick some blood work you would like me to take and I'll get them the next go around. I've been doing this diet for 6 years and have dozens of labs done to make sure nothing is out of whack. I'd go as far as placing a gentleman's bet to make it interesting.

I just realised I typed honey, is a long time since I actually did vegan stuff, was agave syrup or rice bran syrup, honey is just something I have these days.

12/6/23 Body comp data attached. I'll post new photos on on Saturday.

I would be curious to compare a vegan lifter diet vs a normal bodybuilder diet and compare blood work results before during and after a cycle be interesting data

i have no doubt you are healthy, but you could be healthier and have more energy by eating more whole foods is my point

an example is instead of peanut butter which is processed (it is crushed into butter which is a processing stage), eat raw nuts instead
instead of beans out of a can that have been in a can for weeks or months get some fresh beans/peas and cook them
more whole food fruits/veggies vs. packaged foods

just little changes like that can go a long way at improving energy and giving your body more top end fuel.

its your log though, so you get to do it your way and its not unhealthy by any means... but it can be improved is all i'm saying.

gives us an example of PF and why you like it more than IF

I'm all in on that one.

I think it might be helpful to provide some context as to why I look sloppy. For the last 3.5 years I was working ~70 hours a week. To add to that, my stubborn ass tired too train as though I was in my normal shape. That didn't work out and I screwed up my shoulder again (initial injury military related).
I'm leaving some additional info I don't need to put out there.

Long story short, I love this sh#t. If it was easy everyone would do it. Keeping my health and injuries in mind, I am all in. Plus it gives me an excuse to converse with you folks.

No problem here's an example.

Lets make some assumptions:

You've completed a 12 week program and you have a week or two for deload.

Having the ability to fast longer than 36 hours at least once or twice in the same year OR have been able to get into mild ketosis (40+ urine strip) fairly easily.

-----

During the deload you select 48 hours to abstain from any nutrients other than electrolytes. This is EXTREMELY important as anything above 5 cals can slow down the switch* from the glucose to ketones.

*If you do a 3-4 day keto diet the transition is much easier and you can see much better results.

As I'm sure most of us are aware insulin is negatively correlated with GH levels. A 36 hour fast (some say 24) can increase the natural increase in GH by 2000%. If you go longer it can continue to increase. What about protein breakdown? Protein loss occurs in early fast but decreases as ketogenesis increases.*

After 72 hours the gh level off and the body at this point I wouldn't recommend going any further. Unless you want to really push autophagy for a specific illness or an immune system reboot.

Some easy reading but there are plenty of studies that you can find by a Google search.

You can lift very lightly, and do walks. As long as you don't force the body to look for quick fuel and start breaking down muscle tissue and covert it to glucose. You can burn a ton of calories from fat stores, be free of food for a bit and have amazing mental clarity. A great side benefit is during the next diet you have greater ability to differentiate your body's hunger pangs from actual hunger.

For me the vegan keto route it's way harder than just being vegan. I just stick with PF when I need to address something very specific or during scheduled times in the year. I do IF to accommodate my busy days at this point.

I hope that answers your question, might have went in more than necessary.

100% agree the passion and labor of love and improvement is what makes if all worth it, id be all in for the testing comparison as well.

Attached diet, training and weight data for 12/8/23

Hey folks I've been traveling. I'll post a more detailed update tomorrow.
A lot of loggers have been traveling especially this time of year
anywhere interesting we would love to see some pictures of mountains or beaches

@usmc718 so i see almost 200 carbs and 200 protein right? any way to add more psyllium husk and omega 3 in there
On training days yes 195/195.
Non training 195/125

I could add husk but I'm not sure what purpose it would serve. Could you fill me in? I have zero issues with bowel movements.

I get around 4 grams (not a typo) of omega 3 between the hemp and spirulina / chlorella. How much more are you looking for?

It was work related unfortunately. I do go to Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Mexico fairly often. I'll post some next time I go.

oh nice I didn't know you were Hispanic as well
you should come too Central America more often that is where I'm from

I haven't traveled in a long time either what's the best place that you've traveled that had the most bodybuilders

is it true you can buy steroids in those countries from the pharmacies ?
Depends on what you need. In Mexico yes you can get most things. In Costa Rica I've only seen the big names like test and ancillary gear. In Europe I've seen just about everything.

Honestly I have only seen a sprinkle of bodybuilding folks in my travels. I have seen the most in Costa Rica though.

Interesting the majority would be there compared to other places in the world.

Workout data and routine are attached.

Didn't sleep well Wednesday and Thursday but definitely got a good night's sleep last night. .

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 10 X 2. Haven't done the one mile endurance test yet.

Today was another amazing workout. I got through the previous two days routines but was tired, which I attributed to the sleep issues.

Did about 15 min of cardio since the workout went over time. Friday I had to skip cardio, I was just out of it. Thursday I did 20 minutes.

Finally hit the market several times this week and picked up some veggies. You'll see more fruits and vegetables in the mix now.

That's all I got for today.

Nice update !

Workout data and routine are attached for 12/10/23

Didn't sleep well Saturday night and felt like I was dragging ass Sunday morning.

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 10 X 2

Although I was very tired and wasn't feeling it, but I went in and knocked out the routine. Same as my other leg days, very slow and controlled movements to prevent any injuries. I did bust out my lifting belt on the squats. The app adjusted the routine since I was still sore from the last leg day.

Did about 20 min on the treadmill on a slight incline and hit my daily step count.

I have enough GW but need to order another bottle of SR. Anything else I should pick up? MK - 677 perhaps? I am sensitive to things that affect my SHBG too much. When I tried Var (from Naps, so you know it was good) a few years ago, I had to get several phlebotomies to reduce my hematocrit / hemoglobin. Not looking to go back down that road.

I know I'm not crazy regarding the anxiety reduction and was able to find these on SR9011.

Today 12/11/23 is a rest day I'll post up diet at the end of the day.

Today 12/11/23 is a rest day I'll post up diet at the end of the day.
Thank you for taking the time to post your experience with Stenabolic and this study here.

It looks like I have needs for this drug that exceed my original purposes for taking it. I’ve only begun to take it recently and in a very low dose, 5mg twice per day sublingually. Going to seriously consider extending my cycle on it and then doing at least a few cycles per year.

Diet for 12/11/23 data attached.

Same dosage as the previous update.

No training but met my step requirements.

Diet, training and body comp data attached for 12/12/23

Didn't sleep well again on Monday or Tuesday night and I'm going to switch up my sleep meds to see if that works before adjusting a few things.

Dosed the GW @ 20 & SR @ 10 X 2. Haven't done the one mile endurance test yet, honestly haven't had the energy.

Yesterday's workout was tougher to get through due to the sleep problem. Stack definitely gave me enough juice to get through it.

Did about 20 min of cardio via walking on an incline.

No issues with sticking to the diet hunger wise.
Removed emoved the packaged rice with steamable rice and cut consumption down to once a day.
Taking a small break from the beans to make more room for the big salad.
Might start having some fruits and vegan whipped cream to satisfy the occasional sweet tooth.

Today 12/13/23 is a rest day and I'm doing IF.

@usmc718 good cardio today and with IF thats perfect moves push it

I've been on them for since the military unfortunately. Nothing to do about it but cycle the meds once my body gets used to the dosage. I rotate 2-3 meds per year for this reason.
I’m permanently on something for sleep as well, helps suppress rem sleep, just something I can’t function without basically. When sleep gets permanently impaired, becomes absolutely hell to deal with. Is good to have healthy sleep habits and so on, but for some people that isn’t going to be enough to fix some permanent thing.

Agreed!

that really sucks man but you got to do what you got to do
keep in mind when you take sleep aids you're also reducing the sleep stage depth. getting that deeper sleep is where the repair and Recovery really starts to kick in
I hope eventually you'll be able to wean off of them

Maybe when I move to Costa Rica. Was thinking about taking MK-677 to assist. Any thoughts?

Sleep is the one thing I think the majority of us really struggle with unfortunately.

you try using sleep supplements instead?
I've tried about everything OTC. Currently I take 400 mg of magnesium glycinate about 30 minutes before bed. That helps me fall asleep my problem is staying asleep due to reoccurring nightmares. The meds tend to suppress my dreams quite a bit.

bros your honesty about your weaknesses awesome
No sense in keeping cards close to the chest. I've learned a lot from bros sharing and providing input over the decades I've been on here. Just trying to pay it forward.
