more than likely your email is going to spam if you have not received a response.. send an email to [email protected] and you will be able to get customer service

Have you placed an order? I placed an order Saturday and got shipping info today.

Yes it does. Seems like an issue on his end. They are very prompt and responsive. I placed an order Saturday and it arrived yesterday and i'm on the other side of the country from umbrella.
