Hey I know this is my first post on the board, so dont freak out. It's only a question. First iv been around anabolicmadness for a year and a half but ive been moving and tried to find them on the net when I got settled this week and cant , whats up ?
My question is Iv been training hard again but im weighing around 290's at 6 foot. so im on the adkins diet, and some juice, and I picked up some tweak to curb my hunger and give me energy. I use it with darts, so my question is is there any thing I should be careful about ? How to use it most efecently with my training, How much . Any thoughts would be helpful, thanks.
