I dont care how sloppy he is - you certainly wont see him on a powerlifting or bodybuilding stage - moving 600 pounds on the bench is impressive and I wouldnt want to be on the recving end of his fist fastball....

i remember vitor when he beat the shit out of tank and the kid was only like 18 years old!!!!!!! bad ass kid! and he was ripped up too. i was totally shocked when i saw this i think it was about 6 or 7 years ago

He did tap out but it was Frye not Tank, who was getting his ass handed to him. Tank was landing huge bombs to Don's face until he tripped and fell down, Frye got his back and made him tap.
