I was a huge fan of this guy and his tremendous knockouts.

You guys should check out Irish Power and his boys on the powerlifting forum. . . they can do tripples with this and with a slowly controlled negative and a pause.

Holy shit I never pegged him to be that strong. Sure he looks like a fat pig but I would definitely not tell him that to his face.

I did see him get his clock cleaned once though by some South American dude in one of the latter UFCs... he went down like a ton of bricks.

But to his credit, that guy is one hard mofo. Y'all see when he KOed that 6'6" 400lb Hawaiian!? Unfucking believable. Tank if you're reading this I'm sorry I called you a fat pig

Even if thats not the "strongest" lift out there, it still makes mine look like child's play. 600 pounds is HUGE!!

I like the guy spotting him... clearly not a huge guy. If something had gone wrong during the lift, there no way that spotter could have even slowed the weight down

Tank abbot is one powerful mofo. I've seen him knock out tons of big guys with his punches. The south american dude who embarrassed Tank Abbott was Vitor Belfort, the baddest rookie to come out at the time and this was a while ago. He was too quick for Tank, running circles around him while throwing punches at the back of his head. Tank didn't even have time to turn around LOL it was sad to watch. But Tank is still one bad azz mofo.... I would run if i got into a fight wid him on the street LOL.
