The traitor part is tough cause it could mean several things. Always go with the gut, not the head.
So, when she asks, who could know she's a traitor? When one is as hawt, beautiful, its hard for us dudes to really see the entire picture. Its just easier to let our first impressions and the whole questioning process stops. This is not good or bad... just sayin. Also, by every word, it meant she couldn't be categorized as this or that, she was so many things... but she had an air of mystery... bout as seductive as it gets.,, that mystery stuff.

Perfectionistic Ideals.... they can be so constraining I would think.

Here she is calling herself out, thinking that she puts on a good show for everyone with her attitude, but she really feels like she's not a mess, but not like the person that everyone else sees. She is berating herself. That whole, I'm such a joke type vibe...
Finally ends with the Time the revelator...
Then it also hits you she is not only talking bout herself, but she is also talking bout time, how the truth changes, what was true yesterday, may not be today.
The song has a dual meaning.
This one always bothered me.
