just kidding I think that's great. My last car was a Toyota Camry with 245,000 miles on it and many years old before I sold it for a couple hundred bucks.

There is massive truth in that article. Some of the wealthiest people I've ever met -- and I mean obscenely wealthy... disgustingly wealthy... are the most frugal. A knoxville mogul got a $600M CASH payout a few years ago and about three months later was at a charity event complaining that his wife spent over $200 on blue jeans. It was completely blowing his mind.

my grandfather drank the cheap blended whiskey you could get by the half gallon(plastic too) at A & P

when he died and we were cleaning out the basement we found cases and cases of premium alcohol,liguors,wine and champagne

among the "prizes" was a half gallon bottle of cointreu
huge bottles of now ruined champagne
some about 2 gallon beefeaters bottle ornamental decanter rig

and he lived in new jersey so you know they took a huge death tax chunk
