Twitching during injection

[FONT=&quot]This morning was the morning to shoot the left glute. Got the pin about 1" in and felt pretty uncomfortable all the sudden and started twitching like crazy. Must've grazed my sciatic nerve or something. Not cool at all. Pulled it out and put a new pin on and shot my left delt. Kinda like that better. I'll have to see how it feels by tomorrow. A little sore already, but definately easier to get to.[/FONT]

definitely a bad injection... if you feel that sort of sensation again, you need to stop and pull the needle out man

You hit a nerve. It happens sometimes. You just back out, get a fresh pin and try again.

Just a bad pin. You did fine by relocating. That's all you can do
