I'm not familiar with such a product. Do you mean MCT, as in medium chain triglycerides? MCT oil is a fat that is used preferentially by the body as an energy source, rather than being stored as bodyfat. It is only useful, I feel, when on a ketogenic(low-carb) diet. Amino acid supplementation is pointless provided you are getting a sufficient amount of protein. BCAA's might have some value but I think it would be much better simply to keep your protein intake high(> 1g per lb bodyweight)
