I'm with Jenscats5 on the breast meat. Be sure that's what you are getting. If not, you will get so much fat in it, that it sticks to everything.

And a little prep tip. Take your pound or so of ground turkey, toss in about 1/2c of oats or so, 1 egg (2 if you are making more) and your seasonings. Mash all together until you have it all mixed together well (mainly the oats). Make your patties and cook as normal. It makes your turkey go a bit further and it's pretty damn good too.

turkey burgers are very good, mix 1 lb with a pouch of lipton onion soup mix and grill it on the foreman or charcoal grill. make sure to get the ground turkey breast though.

They Used To Sell Pilgrims Pride Turkey Burgers At Costco By Me 3g Fat 24g Protein Per Burger And They Were Awesome But They Dont Sell Them Anymore...does Anyone Know Where I Can Get These? K To All Help
