Damn ... i wish that I could eat canned tuna. Such a good bodybuilding food. I can only eat the steaks. The weird thing is taht I love ALL seafood, I am the biggest fanatic ... but something about canned fish, just makes me want to puke! Actually the sight and smell of canned tuna can almost do it for me.

It just seems to spammy or catfood-ish! Fuckin sick! But a Tuna Steak ,,, now you are talking. Its too bad because a can of tuna is a wicked little "pocket protein" snack!

I feel your fuckin pain man!! That decribed me EXACTLY you are not alone (thats why im here searhin about tuna) however i have a can of "line caught" super quality canned tuna i am goin to try to make some burgers with in 5 minutes... ill let you know what happens! If i can take it perhaps ill TRY other brands again

Ok dude, i am so proud of myself... I made this recipe with the canned tuna (Opening the can still made me gag, but i continued on my mission)... basically just the can of tuna, some bread crumbs, an egg white, and 4 tablespoons of minced onion. Made a burger, threw it on the Forman. I put it on the plate and ate it with a fork... no bread, or sauce of any kind. Ill tell you what it was very edible and i did not gag once. I now must venture on and try with a cheaper brand of tuna. Anyways give it a shot!
