Ingredients:
2 6-oz cans tuna low-sodium premium white tuna
1 box pasta ziti, prepared
1 15-oz jar spaghetti sauce spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 c cheese shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese


Directions
In a large bowl, mix the tuna, cooked pasta, sauce, and half of the mozzarella. Cover with waxed paper and nuke on high for 8 minutes, rotating the dish every 2 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Let stand, covered, to melt the cheese.

I know....I thought the carbs were high too.

But, it was just a different way to eat tuna.

:)
 
I cook whole wheat pasta - just about a handfull, add celery, 1 can tuna, and one hard boiled egg and a little cottage cheese and a packet of splenda - mix together - cottage cheese kills the tuna taste.
