Trying to Get Lean for show

Hey all I am trying to get lean and do a show in 10 weeks.
I have a clen pump some T3 and some EQ right now. I am going to get some Whinny in the next few weeks. And I can also get Halotestin.

Any Comments on how much of each I should be taking? The guys at the gym are not much help. they don't want to see a new guy do well at the show.

Some cycle doses and times would be great.

YOu should get either suspension or prop, eq, fina, winny, T3, clen and arimidex. That is what you will need for your show. You need to add test in your cycled. Eq, winnie and T3 will make you flat as a board.

dose would go like this,

suspension or prop - 500mgs a week.
eq - 400 mgs a week
winnie- 50mgs a day
fina- 100 mgs eod
clen - work up to 120mcgs a day
T3 - start with 12.5 mcgs and work up to 75mcgs and then back down to 12.5 mcgs. You can stay on T3 for upto 8 weeks with no bad effects. I have done it that way.
Arimidex - 1 mg eod.

the 120 mcgs of clen. My pump is .025 mg/ml so that's like 25mcgs per ml right? aprox 3 ml per pump? so 1 &1/2 pumps per day? dosen't sound like much to me.

So I shouldn't use the Halotestin?

I used Halo getting ready for my show, and it worked well. I recently posted the pics on the members board. I think halo would be a good choice of drug to add to your arsenal of gear. Maybe even try some HGH.
 
i am doin the same thing just started dieting for a show in 9 weeks. when 8 weeks roll around i start my clen and cyto, 4 clen and 2 t-3. at 6 weeks out i start my winny 50mg eod, prop 100mg eod, masteron 100mg eod, fina 76mg eod, and also take dbol till about 3 weeks out and switch to halos 6 a day. but the most important thing is your diet. drugs can't do shit without diet and training. good luck

This is my diet 6 weeks out till 3 weeks out.

Meal #1
8 oz. 92% lean beef, chicken breast or turkey breast
3 egg whites, 1 yolk
¾ cup oatmeal

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 2 scoops Ultra Size,2 scoops Muscle Provider 2 TBS Heavy Cream,

Meal #3
8 ounces chicken (weighed prior to cooking) about 2 chicken breasts
4 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.) or 2
cups green beans
2 TBL Cider Vinegar and 1 TBS Sunflower Oil (or other vegetable oil) for a
dressing

Meal #4
Protein Drink: 2 scoops Ultra Size 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 1 TBS cream

Meal #5
10 oz chicken breast, turkey breast or very lean beef (filet would be ideal)
2 cups green leafy vegetables or salad

Meal #6
9 Egg Whites w/ ½ cup omelet vegetables
or: Protein Drink: 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 2 tsp. Flax Oil, 4
strawberries, 12 oz water

Monday and Thursday: In place of your normal sixth meal: 1.5 cups oatmeal
(precooked) or cooked rice, 10 oz. sweet potato, 6 oz. banana, 1 cup
vegetables, 1 TBS sesame oil at the end of the day - no supplements with
this meal

Supplements:
Super Pak w/ 1st meal
6 - Ultra 40 w/ every meal
2 - Lean Out, 1 Energy Reserve with thermogenic - three times daily on an
empty stomach

Hope that helps. Depending on what you weigh this would be adjusted.

Quad, nice post bud. What's your reasoning for adding carbs to the last meal on Mon/Thurs? And one question about the T3...would one be ok using it in low doses while only on high mg of Anavar? Or would there be too much muscle wasting? Thanks.
