I have been doing bench press and before benching 4 sets of 25 push ups and not even like that I can get chest pumps, what do you guys have as an advice what other training routines yo do to get bad chest pumps? thanks.
If you aren't getting a really good pump when you are working out, that is a major red flag that you are:
1. Dehydrated
2. Carb depleted.
If you are eating a proper meal before training that is high in carbs, and you are adequately hydrated - you should be getting AWESOME pumps during your workouts.
Even when I am training strength focused and focusing on low reps (3-5), I still get an awesome pump.
