I have to do cardio b/c i have asthma and like to control it thru keeping my lungs strong. I limit my cardio to 3 days a week, early am sessions for about 35-45min, 75-80%max HR. Ive been stuck @ 200lbs for like a year now, getting stronger but not bigger. My question is do you think the cardio is impeding my gains? I eat like a horse, but it is all healthy stuff. Ive always been pretty lean. Any ideas?
