Trying to eat healthy

Alright heres the deal. I try to eat healthy and usually do, I just can't eat. If I try and eat when I wake up I just puke it up, same at lunch if i'm working in the heat. I get off work and eat a medium sized dinner, usually something like a chicken breast and some corn and i'm full after that.

Trying to eat 6 times a day would be brutal. Anyways, i'm trying to cut just can't eat enough to speed up my motabolism. Is there anything I can do to make myself hungrier or something I can do to keep food down? :confused:
 
Try to eat calories dense food (like peanut butter)

Salt makes you hungrier

You may also try liquids (like shakes)

I would suggest you try adding fats to your diet about 3x a day, like anthrax said: all natural peanut butter is a start, but look into Flaxseed oil and related products. Also, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and related products are usually easy to digest and are high in calories (relatively).

In addition, I suggest you get a protein mix from www.proteinfactory.com so you can replace your lost meals. Look for something like this: 50%egg white protein/20%whey/30%flaxseed
