Well, I'm hitting a new stall in my diet/training. I found out I'm lifting completley wrong on how I'm working my parts, I knew it was bad, but not to the severity that it is at, but that is a different story.
Over the past 4 days I have not been able to eat a solid without gagging to the point I almost puke. I have no reason why, I am not stressed out, I am not taking anything different supplement wise, but I can only get my protein shake down, my liquid egg whites down and sometimes if I'm lucky my oats. Today I had a Reesce's Stick package because it was the only thing I could eat without feeling like I'm going to explode. No idea why and I was wondering if anyone else has had problems like this before? I've barley eaten around 1000 calories a day since Thursday but I'm down to 210 now, and afraid of losing what muscle progress that I have had.
