This has been said before on the diet boards - but ginger root is actually pretty effective at eliminating those socially awkward gastro-intestinal disturbances (read: FaRts) .... get the freeze dried variety in capsule form and take one or two with your shake.....farts be gone!! *poof* (no pun intended, or reference to H.S. implied!)
