Trinity and Exodus DE Day - 5/26

it was a good workout. we have a couple that has never really worked out before thats our best friends. so they joined the gym and ask for me to train them, sure...............wsb style!!!!

Exodus - DE Upper Body
Speed Bench - 185lbs x 10 x 3 reps.

Speed OHP - 125 x 4 x 1 rep.

Decline Elbow out ext - 45lb x4 x 8 reps.

db side raises - 20lb x 3 x 10 reps.

db rear raises - 20lb x 3 x 10.

reverse bb curls - 40lb x 2 x 12.

trinity7 will have to post her workout this evening, i wasnt with her so i didnt see what all she did.

looks solid man, keep upping the weight little by little. and make sure you get a good feel for it. I can't wait to see trinity's numbers as well

her form looks great though..... yesterday she did box squats/ sumo deadlift/ and overhead squats. i dont know her weights but from her neck down you couldnt see a change in her movement. they all looked the say. the only difference was where her arms were holding the bar. it was like watching her do the same movement just with differnet arm position, im very proud of my baby.

sounds great im going to pick up my tires tomorrow, i will get about a 250lb tire........ so maybe you may want to let spatts know........ Trinity7 cleared me for us to come down, so well see you shortly GOD willing.

Hey everyone this is trinity. My account has locked up due to inactivity so I'll just post here. I did not have anything to post until now since I have just started westside...so here it goes:

de lower body
Box squats: 50 lbs x 10 x 2 reps
Hyperextensions
Overhead squats: 30 lbs x 4 x 10 reps
Dumbbell Rows: 20 lbs x 4 x 6 reps
Barbell Shrugs: 50 lbs x 3 x 15 reps

I am really enjoying westside. It is taking me a little time to get use to my form but I am getting better as I progress. I love the fact that as each week passes I try and beat my max from the week before. That in itself gives me determination !!!:frog:
 
Good workout Trinity.

How did the box squats feel to you? Make sure to sit back and explode up, not rock forward then gm the bar up.

Nice work on the overhead squats, really works the balance eh???

Keep it up and tell us how things are coming along I would relly like to your progress
