Hi my name is Cesar, I started to lift weights again, I've been out of the game for like a year and a half, so I gain some weight(fat) and I want to burned it up as quick as possible, so one of the trainers recommended me to use Triac, but he told that is a shot and it's given where the fat it's locate at. I took before amino acids, whey protein and L-Carnitine, and the last thing I took was creatine, so I've read the Triac could really mess you up but it all depends if the body too so, can some one tell me if I shot take it or not, please advice.
