Man I literally feel like I could train twice a day 7 days a week when I'm peakin on cycle like this... Today was gunna be rest day but I was jus feelin pumped so I went and did a crazy volume shoulder day with a bit lighter weight and reps all in the 15-20 range and I'm callin that my rest day
Takes more discipline for me NOT to train, so I was jus like fuck it I'll eat an extra 800 cals and I'll be good hahaha
I know what you mean bro it takes so much out of me to take a rest day. I usually don't but when I do it's because I'm fucking exhausted.. I think I'm going to take a rest day today (think) lol. I've only gotten 3 hours of sleep these last two nights in fucking pooped. But when I get home from work I'll think about it for 20 min and end up going haha. Plus I switched back to my old pre workout and I've been really killing it at the gym... If I go today i was going to hit legs and I think I'm to tired for that shit.. Lol. I might just go try and sit by a pool somewhere and try and clear up this acne a little I need that shit gone before summer.
