Tren and test sides - food cravings & stomach issues

Hey guys new here,

I'm 21 yrs old, 215lbs and 10% bf, 6.2".

Half way through my cycle of tri tren @ 100mg eod and test 500mg p/w
It's been good up untill a couple weeks ago, started to notice uncontrollable hunger
Which in course lead to excessive eating, I would eat and feel hungry 5 minutes later.
I had days were I ate around 6k calories, have put on some bf since then, the problem is
It's causing me all sorts of upset stomach issues. Cramps, bloating, constipation etc.

I don't mind a bit of bf, but was wondering if anyone has experienced this before
And how would one slow down the food cravings? Or is this my body telling me something?
 
well 21 is way too young to be messing with tren but our rule on here is 21 is okay so i will still help you out with some advice.

i would cut your doses in half on both and that should do the trick for you. eat as clean as you can. at 21 you shouldn't have any insulin sensitivity issues so there is no reason for you to be adding fat on tren unless your diet is beyond shit.

also if you are new to this game you shouldn't be stacking 2 compounds anyway because you have no clue how you will react to them!!

Tren does have a tendency to cause acid reflux
 
If your eating a lot of simple carbs I find I feel hungry almost immediately. And hungry especially for something sweet.

If your not used to eating 6K and now all of a sudden are, that would likely account for intestinal issues. Your body only makes enough enzymes to digest so much protein at a time, so if your taking down a lot of meat there is a good chance a lot of it is moving into the intestines and not getting digested. What happens then is it rots and creates a lot of gases and toxins. If your eating more simple carbs, many intestinal pathogens feast on that stuff and as part of their digestive process release a lot of toxins and gas etc.

End of the day, you need to get a grip on your appetite and dial things back.
 
Concentrate on eating "clean" foods which will help a lot. Its very easy to eat 6k cals of bad food, but not nearly as easy by eating clean. This will help you control hunger by getting more dietary fiber and less sugars and simple carbs

it means you are definately open to diabetes in the future. I am insulin sensitive myself so I experience hypo symptoms, a trick I do is while i workout i will suck on a fruit based organic lollipop.. this prevents low blood sugar issues. and then I always make sure I eat a solid dinner before bed ..
 
I find this too with tren, although no matter what I eat I still seem to get leaner and harder. Prilosec 20mg a day does it for the acid reflux for me.
 
just take fruit based lollipops or bubble gum while you workout.

and then during the night if you get hypo symptoms just put some raw honey on your tongue.

Where do I get fruit based lollies? Sometimes, I would take a scoop of PB and put a blob of honey on top and down it. Bomb.

It only happens the 1st meal after training. All the rest I'm fine.. so just have to have some sugar straight afyer training and im good?

after 30 minutes of training you deplete your glycogen levels so i would do what i told SVP and take some lollipops with you and start sucking on them halfway through your workout

Thanks for the replies guys, I've knuckled down and trying to get a hold of my appetite,
I just carry around a couple protein shakes with oats in them incase I get hungry again.
I eat over 4k cals at the moment clean food. So I don't see why I still get cravings when I usually eat
A lot less.

As far as fat gains go, I think a little could be water retention and some fat due to binges :/
But anywho I'll keep it clean and see how I go!
Good to hear peoples feedback.
