Rolling along now! Made some adjustments to my diet and started weighing protein... Feel free to make adjustments to diet... Schedule really is set In stone... I want to split the bottom abdominal ! 8!!!! Ahhhhh!!
6:30 Gatorade/water/ bcaa's
30-45 minutes of cardio
7:30- 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, mix with 1 scoop of all natural peanutbutter, and very small amount of fat free milk...
10:00- salad with 1 can of low low sodium tuna, almonds
12:00 8 oz of chicken, fish, or turkey with veggies
3:00- salad with 1 can tuna
6:00- 8 oz of protein (chicken, fish, steak), veggies, and carbs ( brown rice, sweet potatoes, of whole wheat bread)
Workout
9:00- whey shake, mix with fat free milk and 2 scoops of peanut butter
Sleep!!! Repeat!!!
