hello there,

well i was wondering if i can use winstrol with only treadmill workout, no weightlifting, see i gained a few kilos the last few months and need to get in shape again..i cant do weightlifting bcz i have a serious injury and not willing to take risks..

so my question basically is would it make any difference if i take winstrol with a treadmill workout or its gonna be a waste?

Regardless of the injury,just taking winstrol without having any clue what you are doing would be a huge risk. Winstrol would not cause you to lose weight.you would probably just end up in worse shape afterwards. Why don't you get some of the guys on here to help you out with your diet and workout? This would be the only way to help you lose weight. Winstrol is not your answer.
 
Winstrol with an injury is a bad idea. Not knowing the injury makes it hard for us to help tho. Plus u always want a test base.

Lets do this give us this info and we will help you from there. Of course this is in order of importance

Height
Weight
Body fat estimate? Or post a pic
Gender

Please layout what your daily meal plan looks like. Please try to give exact measurements not just "alot of protein. Lots of salad. A little bit of rice"

Then after that's all straightened out we can help u with advice on training and cardio.

Lots of very smart guys on here.
 
if you are an endurance athlete I would point you to low dose test and low dose EQ as a cycle that I am convinced will help your cardio..

but with that type of sport you need to put in the mileage if you are gonna improve.. no steroid is gonna do the running for you!

im 26, 173cm, 84kgs, male

my body fat perc is between 20-23%
im not a pro im just a normal guy who take care of his body, now i used to hit the gym regularly but then i stopped bcz of work and stuff , now its been months without gym and gained about 8 klgs.
im not on a diet and i barely move ( desk work all day) so i bought a treadmill so i can stop this nonesense lol
i eat only one meal daily, actually i dont eat a lot yet i put on weight so i thought its bcz the lack of movement.
it happens that i have winstrol i bought a while ago before stopping gym and i didnt get the chance to use them so since ill start a treadmill workout i thought maybe i can have them now. but since im not weightlifting i was concerned its not healthy or something.

and about the injury nothing very serious. it was long time ago, i injured my shoulder while training now im okay.

so thats my story.

You need to get into shape as best as you can prior to even thinking about using AAS. Put some mileage in on the treadmill or the road for at least 3 months (more would be better 6-12). Also, strength training is highly advisable as that is THE best way to change your body composition, imho. I have seen gym rats run and run and run in the gym and look the same for years. The ones that spend some time tossing iron generally look much better.

The short answer to your question is Winny is NOT a shortcut to weight loss and it sounds like you need to put some research into steroid use as well. Use the time while training naturally for awhile to learn everything you can. Remember, AAS use does have its dangers - you need to be well informed to avoid the pitfalls and understand the risks.
 
your best option is to run sarms... you need to develop much more consistency with your diet and training and realize that you are not going to get where you want to be by some magic pills or oils... that's not how this works... once you develop better habits, then you can consider sarms... they will give you extra help in dropping body fat... once you get yourself in the right condition, then you can consider steroids, but that this point, its a terrible idea...
