Ok Lately I decided to try something new. Everyday before I work out I do about 10 min cardio. That gets me sweatin and my heart pumpin a little than I go workout. After my workout I do another 10 min Cardio and so far I like the results plus that 10 min before gets me goin. Now I usually use one of those newer bikes in the gyms. My question is am I better off with the bike or treadmill they also have that stair climber.
