bfold: i need to build some of these since i dont have heavy enough dumbbells. i would love to hit these as an extra workout. i could do them when i dont feel like dragging the sled.
Bump on Luden Swain. Heavy deadlifts are the way to go. Use straps so you can take your forearms and grip out of the equation and really throw the weight on.
Deadlifts made my traps grow more than anything lately !!! I have also done shrugs on the standing calves raise machine, very good for isolation after the deadlift in case your grip is dead like mine!!
