My routine looks like this
Monday-Chest, Abs and Forarms
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Traps, Dealts and Forarms
Friday-Rest
Saturday-Bi's, Tri's, Forarms
Sunday-Rest
There is warm up cardio in there 5 days a week in the morn at a medium pace for 15-20min a day. I am starting forarms 3 times a week on my next cycle as I have tried training them once a week and none at all and that just does not seem to work so since I can't site inject into them I might as well try it this way
